The film tells the emotional story of two families one Tamil and one Sinhalese whose lives are changed by the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. After being separated from her parents during the disaster, a young girl is raised by the other family, highlighting love, hope, and the bonds that go beyond ethnicity.
